PROJECT SPECOCTO

OBJECTIVE

Establish a robust hardware validation suite for mechatronics development.

CONSTRAINT

Must fit within 100x100mm, maintain low power under 1.2W, and interface with ESP32-S3.

TRADE-OFF

Chose a 4-layer FR4 board layout with coplanar waveguides over expensive Rogers substrate, accepting slightly higher insertion losses.

OUTCOME

Tested and verified full signal integrity up to 2.4GHz with optimal heat dissipation.
