PROBLEM STATEMENT
Technical hiring is broken: resumes and interviews can't reliably verify that a candidate actually has hands-on skill, and practical assessments are expensive to proctor and easy to fake by having someone else do the work. I built VeriPro during a 24-hour hackathon (targeting Cradle Fund) to solve this: a candidate completes a hands-on technical task on camera, and the system verifies it is genuinely the same person working for the entire session using continuous biometric identity locking, then grades the technical execution, safety compliance, and work quality automatically. The output is a tamper-evident certificate an employer can trust in 30 seconds, without needing a human proctor or technical interviewer.
